General Rules Applicable to All Bonuses

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per account, unless otherwise stated on the promotions page.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must generally be completed within 30 days. Any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited once the period expires.
• The wagering requirement means you must bet a total equal to the bonus amount multiplied by a set factor. For example, 10x means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in bets.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it converts to real balance once wagering requirements are completed.
• If multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, or bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

Once a bet is confirmed on Benglawin, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified. Always double-check all details before placing a bet. You can use the Cash Out feature to settle a bet while a match is in progress — though this is not available on all bets.

Reasons for Bet Rejection

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and a bet is placed at those odds, Benglawin reserves the right to void the bet.
• A bet may be voided if the outcome of a match or event was already determined before it began.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage by placing multiple related bets on the same event will result in bet cancellation and account review.

Benglawin is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action if detected.

• Bots & Automated Software: The use of any automated betting software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• False Information: Using false or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity or accessing another person's account is not permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating artificial bets to claim bonuses or manipulating activity to meet bonus conditions.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through Benglawin.
• Account Hacking: Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account or engaging in phishing.
• Bets Related to Match Fixing: Placing bets on outcomes that are already known, or assisting with match-fixing.
